Ignorance is coming along great, guys.

We have Broken Me and Let Me Go down. Dreamed, Somewhere, and I'm Not Like You are in the works as we speak. Also, Little Rhyme was recorded and sounds awesome.

On a side note, I recorded the Collective Soul song, World I Know fully acoustically, an acoustic version of My Solution, and a piano piece that has the name PAIN right now. All to be released someday....we'll see.

Keep it bitter folks, and happy summer break to all the highschool stranglers out there.

Hi people.

It seems that Bitter is going to be postponed...and we're going to do something slighty heavier and more primal for the first cut.

The working title for this one is Anorexia, and the singles so far are Broken Me and Dreamed. It's an interesting album; it lets me be damned pissed off and still keep that creative note. I just hope everyone likes Bitter after this......assault. Heh.

Keep it bitter.

Salutations all, I'm back from the land of sun and sand in the south.

WHEW! Nice burn going on, but I got a pretty good tan...have to do some band shoots in a few days while I still got this golden brown on, n'est-ce pas? I didn't bring a guitar down there, but it turns out my uncle brought his baby Taylor and I was able to do some writing and playing, I got my chops back, and I wrote like crazy. I finished a few songs here and there, yes yes, and once again the Bitter list is amended. I think I'll just save the tracks until I release the demo, they're just names to the rest of you anyway...that is, except for My Solution and Little Rhyme, which the world will be hearing in May, or sooner, I have a good feeling we'll be recording the FINAL CUT very soon! I sat down as I got home today and played the whole set all the way through without stopping...wow. It's insanely long but it sounds great, and you all will get the final taste of my fickle tracklistieness very soon, I hope. I'm going to call Alex tomorrow and set up a session, and hopefully we can work out the rest of these songs.

Also, the Stranglebox logo, a little box with strangling hands, has been designed, and the first T-shirt design is finished...not out until we get some...umm...oh yeah, MONEY. But you'll probably see it on me before it gets released to the public, and Alex for that matter, and it will be the COOLEST thing you have ever worn. Screw Tommy Hilfiger, to hell with Ralph Lauren, you have STRANGLEBOX.

Until next time, keep it bitter.

Hi all. Two days away from taking a vacation from all of you, going to Florida.

I must say, the demo is coming...very slowly, if at all. A session this Friday, and that's it for two weeks or so. Patience is a damned virtue, but a virtue nonetheless.

Have fun on Spring Break everyone, even though you all are probably off of it now. Brentwood is stupid like that.

Ok, finally settling down with the titles.

The prototype name "Forsaken" is being scraped in favor of the new title, Sweetly Forgotten, numero three on the current list. Also, the song title "Three Years Ago" has been changed to The Color Black; it features a piano piece I've been tinkering with for the past few years, and it sounds like something that should be on this album. It is, of course, the musical number besides Goodbye My Friend, which will hereafter be listed as a bonus track.

Past that, the album is looking pretty slick. We've got Hang My Head's solo all set up, and now we just need to put the pieces together. Now, the one that needs the most work is The Color Black, and it doesn't need that much really. But as for now, be expecting the album in its entirety sometime next fall. And it will be amazing.

Keep it bitter all, and be on the lookout for live show dates soon, we of Stranglebox grow restless of these endless sessions.

Happy Saturday everyone.

We did a little practicing and found we are getting tired of My Solution. What a surprise, neh? But pretty soon practices are going to get serious again and work is going to begin on Hang My Head and Rage, possibly Three Years Ago if we can get to it. And after we finish all the songs it's off to the studio to begin recording these wonderful masterpieces, and then it's Bitter to the entire world! Finally! It only took about a year, which is not so bad for a major studio recording.

Let's just hope My Solution doesn't take precedent over all the others...those of us on the inside have too strong a feeling about that song.

Keep it bitter.

Bitter is getting a little makeover.

The song These Chains is being moved out for now, after numerous rewrites. It will return on a later album, don't worry. But as of now, there's another song to be moved in about a thousand times more complete than Chains. The new one's prototype name is Forsaken and probably will not change. Strange that the first name of These Chains was forsaken, with different lyrics, of course. But this new one captures more of the feel of "bitterness" that this album is looking for.

Bitter is also going to have a musical piece called Three Years Ago, a mourn ballad that was writing itself since this morning began.

So comes the new list, as such:

Bitter
----------------------
I. All Fall Down
II. Rage
III. Forsaken
IV. After Memory Has Faded
V. Bitter
VI. Hang My Head
VII. Little Rhyme
VIII. Three Years Ago
IX. Faith In Nothing
X. My Solution
XI. Goodbye My Friend (bonus track)
